Dr. Anderson is developing molecular engineering strategies to improve tumor eradication with genetically engineered cells in ovarian cancer, with the ultimate goal of translating her findings into treatment protocols for patients. Her team uses cutting-edge technologies, including deep transcriptome profiling and single-cell RNA sequencing, to elucidate the molecular mechanisms driving T cell dysfunction in ovarian cancer.
